Frank Odita Memorial Foundation (FOMF) is a Non-Governmental Organization (NGO) that is legally established in Nigeria. The organization provides a formal platform for immortalizing, commemorating, preserving, celebrating, sustaining and also promoting the legacies of Late Chief Frank Asika Odita (an entrepreneur and retired commissioner of Nigeria Police Force). The organisation also initiates, champions, promotes, organises and facilitates various capacity-building trainings and human empowerment programmes and projects, especially for youths and workers.

For instance, Frank Odita Memorial Foundation (FOMF) facilitates the National Police Empowerment Programme, a nationwide capacity building, financial literacy and human empowerment programme for officers and men of Nigeria Police Force across the country. The programme has dded very significant and meaningful value to the lives of thousands of officers and men of Nigeria Police Force across Nigeria, since its inception in 2012. The foundation seeks partnership to promote programmes that promote the welfare of youths and workers (employers and employees).
